POPCORN QUESTIONS

WHAT KIND OF POPCORN IS USED?

Mom and Popcorn uses mushroom popcorn for all of our candied and chocolate coated popcorn flavors.  The size and texture make this fluffy shape a great match for creating perfectly coated kernels!

Butterfly popcorn is used for all of our savory flavors. The irregular shape has lumps and bumps that hide flavors inside all of the nooks and crannies of this kernel for a flavorful treat! 

WHAT ALLERGY INFORMATION IS PROVIDED?

All of our popcorn is NON GMO.  

All of our popcorn contains coconut oil and soy.

Dairy and gluten information can be found for each individual flavor by clicking on  "Flavors".

Our popcorn is manufactured in a facility that also processes peanuts, tree nuts and wheat.

HOW DO YOU KEEP THE POPCORN FRESH?

Do not open your heat sealed bag of popcorn until you are ready to enjoy it.
Once opened, store your popcorn in an air tight container.
Popcorn will lose its freshness when exposed to high temperatures and humidity.
Do not refrigerate, freeze, or reheat popcorn.

HOW MUCH POPCORN IS NEEDED FOR A POPCORN BAR?

Our recommendation for popcorn bars and party favors are 2 to 3 cups of popcorn per person.  We consider an individual serving of popcorn to be 3 cups. 

SHIPPING QUESTIONS

How do I know my order has shipped?

A shipping confirmation as well as a tracking number will be provided to your email through our ordering system. 

How long will it take to ship my order? 

Typically, orders will ship within 24-48 hours of when the order is placed.  During our peak holiday season (Thanksgiving through Christmas), you can expect orders to ship within 3 to 5 days of when the order is placed. 

We use both UPS and USPS to ship, however, we do not ship to PO BOXES. No guarantees are provided by either shipper for specific timing to receive your order. 

Our flat rate shipping rates apply to all states in the continental US.  If you are interested in shipping to Alaska or Hawaii, you may contact our store for those  rates @ 972-542-7605.  We do not ship internationally. 

What do I do if there is an issue with my delivery?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery confirmation with any issues regarding your delivery @ sales@momandpopcorn.com or call us @ 972-542-7605.  

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES.  

  • Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If there is an issue with your order, please call us at (972) 542-7605 or email your order information to sales@momandpopcorn.com and a representative will be in contact with you as soon as possible.

NO CANCELLATIONS.

  • Mom and Popcorn orders are popped fresh and bagged for each specific order. For this reason, once your order is received, it cannot be canceled.
